The Wyoming Housing Network and Jonah Bank have teamed up to create EARN Wyoming.

EARN Wyoming provides financial training to low to moderate income families eager to stabilize their household finances and increase their assets by becoming first time homebuyers. The EARN WYOMING program goal is to work with motivated hardworking families to resolve their credit challenges, develop sustainable money management skills, save down payment funds, and become fiscally responsible long-term homeowners, as well as provides matching funds.

Once families complete education and coaching they are enrolled in a matched savings program. For every $1 saved, Wyoming Housing Network will match it with $1. Participants save a minimum of $1,666 in their Individual Development Account and receive $1,666 in match money, giving a total of $3,332 to allocate to a down payment and/or closing costs.
